  • Cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or technical issues

  • Refuse service at our discretion

Once accepted, orders cannot be cancelled or modified unless permitted under our Refund Policy.

Purchases are strictly for personal use and not for resale.

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier services, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.

Once products are handed over to the courier, risk of loss transfers to the customer.
