📦 Return & Exchange Policy
At Vinyasa India, we offer both custom-made and ready-to-ship pieces. Our policies are designed to reflect the nature of handcrafted and made-to-order garments while ensuring a smooth experience for you.
🧵 Made-to-Order Pieces
All made-to-order garments are customized exclusively for you based on your selected style and measurements.
Because these are individually crafted, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges on made-to-order items.
However, if you receive:
- A product with sizing issues due to our error
- A damaged or incorrect item
We’ll be happy to offer free alterations or send a corrected piece.
📩 Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, issue, and supporting images at [your email or WhatsApp number].
🚚 Return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility in all cases.
📦 Ready-to-Ship Pieces
We offer exchange only for ready-to-ship items under the following conditions:
- You request an exchange within 2 days of delivery
- The garment is unused, unwashed, and returned with the original return tag intact
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process the exchange.
🚚 Return shipping is to be borne by the customer
❗ Kindly Note:
- Slight color and embroidery variations are natural in handcrafted products and are not considered defects.
- Garments returned without the original return tag, or in worn/used condition, will not be eligible for exchange.
